Ticket purchases are subject to a two-day advance notice requirement prior to performance. All tickets will be delivered via email only after this deadline has passed. Unauthorized resale through third-party platforms or individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation at the discretion of event management. The showroom enforces a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating arrangements follow a first-come, first-served basis except for designated group bookings and premium booth locations. Mobile device usage, photography, and video recording are not permitted during live performances. All sales transactions are final with no refunds or exchanges.
