Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to performance. No tickets will be sent via mail or email before that date. Buying through any website other than Improv.com is prohibited, and reselling is not allowed at all. If we detect tickets bought solely for resale, they may be voided without notice. The event requires a minimum of two items purchased in the showroom. Seating is first-come, first-served unless you are part of an organized group or have secured a premium booth. Cell phones and cameras cannot be used during any performance. All sales are final with no refunds.
