Those without a credit or debit card may convert cash into a preloaded Mastercard at the reverse ATMs located near the Ticket Office or within the Team Shop. Purchasing a ticket grants four hours of free Valley Metro Light Rail service from the event start time through the end of that transit day. With heightened emphasis on secure, contactless entry, mobile tickets are now required for all attendees. All tickets will be delivered electronically with no exceptions; phone calls for ticket inquiries are no longer accepted. Tickets can be obtained exclusively through the Ticketmaster app or the Suns-Mercury-Arena app.
