Those without credit or debit cards can convert cash into a preloaded Mastercard at one of the reverse ATMs located near the Ticket Office or at the Team Shop. Purchasing a ticket grants four hours of free Valley Metro Light Rail service from the event start time through the end of that transit day. With an emphasis on secure, contactless entry, mobile tickets are now required; all tickets will be delivered electronically with no exceptions, and phone calls for assistance are no longer accepted. Tickets can be obtained through the Ticketmaster app or the Suns-Mercury-Arena app.
