If you buy tickets, customer service may send you e-mail messages from the D-backs, including optional surveys about your ballpark experience. For groups of 25 or more people, call (602) 462-6564. The tour lasts roughly 75 minutes and is a walking tour, so wear appropriate clothing. Wheelchairs are accessible during the tour, and you can request one at the Tour Ticket Window before starting. Backpacks, large bags, and food or drink (water only) are not allowed. Cameras and video cameras with bottled water are permitted. Call the Tour Hotline to hear the latest schedule for tours.
