When you buy tickets, you might get customer service emails from the D-backs, which may include optional surveys about your ballpark visit. For groups of 25 or more people, contact (602) 462-6799. Tours last roughly 75 minutes and involve walking, so wear comfortable shoes. Wheelchairs are available for use during the tour; you can request one at the Tour Ticket Window before your scheduled time. Backpacks, large bags, and food or drink items (except water) are not allowed on tours. Cameras and video cameras are permitted along with bottled water.
