When you buy tickets, you might get customer service emails from the D-backs that include optional surveys about your ballpark visit. The Tour Hotline is (602) 462-6799. For groups with twenty-five or more people, call (602) 462-6564 instead. Each tour lasts roughly seventy-five minutes and involves walking, so wear comfortable shoes. Wheelchairs are accessible on the tour, and you can borrow one at any time during your visit. You may ask for a wheelchair at the Tour Ticket Window before starting. Backpacks, big bags, and food or drinks (water is okay) cannot be brought in. Cameras and video cameras are allowed along with bottled water.
