When you buy tickets, you might get customer service emails from the D-backs, including optional surveys about your ballpark visit. For groups of 25 or more people, contact (602) 462-6799. The tour lasts roughly 75 minutes and is a walking experience, so wear comfortable shoes. Wheelchairs are available for use during the tour; you can request one at the Tour Ticket Window before your scheduled time. Backpacks, large bags, and food or drink (except water) are not allowed inside. Cameras and video cameras are permitted along with bottled water.
