Please choose your preferred tour time using the dropdown menu in the "Section" area. When you buy tickets, you might get customer service emails from the D-backs, which can include optional surveys about your ballpark visit. For groups of 25 or more people, call (602) 462-6564. The tour lasts roughly seventy-five minutes and is a walking experience, so wear comfortable shoes. Wheelchairs are available for use during the tour; you can request one at the Tour Ticket Window before your scheduled time. Backpacks, large bags, and food or drink (water is allowed) cannot be brought in. Cameras and video cameras are permitted. Bottled water may also be used.
