Ticket purchases are locked until two days before the show begins. No tickets will be sent via email until that time arrives. Buying from any source other than Improv.com is not allowed, and reselling is strictly forbidden. Tickets bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the showroom for all attendees. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, or video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
