Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance. No tickets will be sent via email before that time. Do not buy tickets from any third party or website other than Improv.com. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation at our discretion, especially for tickets purchased with resale intent. All sales are final. Showroom purchases require a minimum of two items. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during shows. For group inquiries regarding special menu options and reserved seating, contact the Events Manager directly via email.
