Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. Purchases made on any platform other than Improv.com are prohibited; resale is not permitted at all. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled without further notice. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom for every guest. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not allowed. All sales are final.
