About the Event
The BOA Association's premier bull riding championship returns to Bridge View Center for the 2025 finals, featuring the top twenty-five professional riders competing for over $22,000 in cash and prizes. Athletes from Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Iowa will gather in Ottumwa for two days of intense competition where they attempt to stay mounted on bulls for eight seconds. After each day's events, riders host meet-and-greet sessions for fans. Friday evening includes a family-friendly pre-show event with games on the dirt starting at 5:30pm, followed by mutton busting during the main show. This is considered one of the most physically demanding two-hour sporting events available.
