Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; performance begins at 7:30 p.m. The concert hall is general admission standing room only and welcomes all ages. For attendees requiring accessible seating, they must purchase a general admission standing ticket, arrive twenty minutes before doors open, wait on the accessible ramp, and may bring one companion with them. Before entering the building, all guests will be searched by hand or with a metal detector to ensure no restricted items are brought in.
