Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the performance date; no tickets will be sent until that time arrives. All sales occur exclusively through the official website and reselling is not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom to all attendees. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, or video recording are prohibited during shows. All transactions are final.
