Ticket purchases are subject to a two-day advance delivery window; no emails will be sent until that deadline passes. All sales occur exclusively through the official website, and reselling is strictly forbidden. Tickets bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the showroom for all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved options available only for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not permitted during performances. All sales are final.
