Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the event begins; no tickets will be sent until that time passes. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website, and reselling is prohibited under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom to all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not allowed.
