Ticket purchases are subject to a two-day advance delivery restriction; no electronic confirmations will be issued until that window closes. All sales must occur exclusively through the official Ontario Improv website, and any attempt to resell tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained for resale purposes may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the showroom. Seating is first-come, first-served, with exceptions for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, and video recording are not permitted during performances. All sales are final.
