All purchases for this event are limited to individuals who live in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Nebraska. Proof of residency will be determined by the address on your credit card statement. Any orders placed by people from outside those five states will be canceled immediately and a refund will be issued. Tickets for the 2025-26 season that are sold after December 31st can be bought directly from the team beginning Monday, December 1 at 10 in the morning. If you want to buy tickets before then, you may purchase them from other fans; prices vary by seller and are not set by the team. A twenty percent service charge will be added to each resale ticket when you pay. The arena now uses self-service scanners for all attendees who prefer contactless entry. You can view or transfer your mobile tickets through the Ticketmaster application. Anyone aged three years or older must have a ticket to enter.
