Monday After the Masters Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament

Ticket/Badge holder expressly assumes all risk & danger incidental to the attendance at the event & to the game of golf,including without limitation,the risk of being struck by golf balls,golf clubs & releases the South Carolina Junior Golf Association,HBF,Inc. d/b/a/ Hootie & the Blowfish and the Hootie & the Blowfish Foundation,House of Blues,The Dye Club at Barefoot Resort & Golf,Empire Sports Management,all parents,subsidiaries & affiliates of the foregoing entities & all of their respective security personnel,participants,all employees,officers,directors,agents & representatives and/or volunteers thereof,from any & all liabilities,damages,costs & expenses arising out of or relating to attendance at this event. Ticket/badge holder also assumes all risk of property loss at the event. Tickets and/or badges may be revoked without refund for failure to obey posted signs/instructions of Marshals, security personnel & Tournament Officials and/or acting in a dangerous disorderly manner.
