Chris Botti

World-class trumpeter Chris Botti returns to the Blue Note Jazz Club for his twenty-first consecutive December holiday residency, running four weeks through early January. The lineup changes each week: Lee Pearson on drums and Julius Rodriguez at piano from December 8th through the 21st; bassist Phil Norris takes over from December 22nd until January 4th. Special guests appear throughout the run including vocalist John Splithoff, violinist Anastasiia Mazurok, guitarist Gilad Hekselman (Dec 8-14), saxophonist Chris Potter (Dec 17-21 and Dec 27-29), vocalists Fernando Varela (Dec 28-Jan 3) and Veronica Swift (Dec 8-14 and Dec 26-Jan 4), plus Sy Smith from December 15th through the 25th. The Blue Note Jazz Club proudly presents this long-standing tradition, which has drawn celebrities like Sting and John Mayer in past years. Full bar and dinner menu available with a $20 minimum per person. Seating is first come, first served; arrive early to guarantee your party gets together. Bar area seating is limited and standing room only when full. Table seating allows all ages but the bar is 21+.
