Chris Botti

Chris Botti leads an exclusive four-week holiday engagement at Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, running from mid-December through early January. The celebrated trumpeter has called this venue his home every December since 2005 and frequently invites special musical guests to join him on stage. The lineup changes each week: Lee Pearson plays drums throughout the residency; Julius Rodriguez handles piano; bass duties are shared between Barry Stephenson in the first half of December and Phil Norris for the second half. Additional performers include vocalist John Splithoff who appears every night, violinist Anastasiia Mazurok on all dates, guitarist Gilad Hekselman during the first week, saxophonist Chris Potter in two separate weeks, Fernando Varela as a special guest, vocalists Veronica Swift and Sy Smith performing at different times. The club offers a full bar and dinner menu with a minimum spend of $20 per person. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis; early arrival ensures your party sits together. Bar area seating is limited and becomes standing room only once it fills. Table seating welcomes all ages but the bar requires guests to be 21 or older.
