Wes Anderson IV Quintet

A New Orleans trombonist celebrated for his rich tone, swing feel, and deep connection to local jazz traditions performs with a versatile quartet covering traditional styles and modern sounds. He has collaborated extensively with prominent musicians in the city's music scene, building a reputation as a dependable and expressive performer across various genres from brass band arrangements to contemporary jazz. The program includes trombone and vocals by Anderson, saxophone, piano, drums, and bass. Doors open at 4 pm; performance runs from 4:30 to 6 pm. Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro offers dinner service from 5 until 10 pm following the concert. This free live event is streamed weekly on their Facebook page with in-person shows every Wednesday.
