Doors open at eight o'clock in the evening with showtime starting promptly at nine. This performance is for adults eighteen years of age or older who can present valid identification. House of Blues New Orleans operates as a cashless establishment, accepting only credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment methods at all points of sale. The box office remains open two hours prior to doors on show dates, along with Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons from two in the afternoon until five in the evening when tickets can be purchased in person.
