JEN Jazz Jam presents Delfeayo Marsalis and the Uptown Jazz Orchestra. Delfeayo is an acclaimed trombonist, producer, and educator recognized for technical mastery, inventive musical thinking, and a joyful spirit. He has performed alongside legends such as Ray Charles, Fats Domino, Art Blakey, and Elvin Jones. His ten solo recordings have received widespread critical praise, establishing him as one of the most imaginative and talented trombonists of his generation. When Delfeayo and the UJO perform, audiences experience an all-night jazz celebration filled with genuine joy and musical excellence. The Uptown Jazz Orchestra pushes big band boundaries while maintaining a unique sense of fun rooted in New Orleans tradition. Dinner service is available from 5pm to 10pm before or after the concert. Guests without advance tickets receive first-come, first-served seating based on availability upon arrival. Please note that full menu items are not served inside the Music Room to preserve the intimate concert atmosphere. Inside the room, only cheese and charcuterie trays, cocktails, and soft drinks are available for table service. We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before showtime to enjoy a complete dinner in the adjacent Dining Room before settling into your seat for the performance.
