Ingrid and Christine Jensen are internationally acclaimed jazz musicians celebrated for their unique vocal talents and deep musical partnership. Canadian-born sisters, trumpeter Ingrid Jensen is known for her expressive, powerful tone and has performed with artists including Maria Schneider, Terri Lyne Carrington, and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, while saxophonist Christine Jensen is highly regarded as a composer and bandleader whose work fuses modern jazz with rich harmonic storytelling. Together and individually, they have received numerous awards and recordings, making them two of the most influential and respected figures in contemporary jazz. Tonight, the sisters are joined by master trumpet player Ashlin Parker. Performances at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Doors open at 7:00pm and 9:00pm. The restaurant is open from 5pm to 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime. Advance ticket holders can make dining room reservations online through OpenTable.com. They may also book tables by email at info@snugjazz.com after purchasing tickets online. Dinner service without advance concert tickets is first-come, first-served based on availability upon arrival. The full bar is open from 5pm to midnight for all guests, with or without tickets. Please note that Snug Harbor does not serve the full menu inside the Music Room. Only cheese and charcuterie trays are available for table service in the intimate concert space. To preserve the quiet atmosphere of our world-class performances, we recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before your showtime to enjoy a full dinner in the adjacent Dining Room before settling into the Music Room for your ticketed performance.
