He has performed alongside legends such as Ray Charles, Fats Domino, Art Blakey, and Elvin Jones, releasing ten critically acclaimed albums as leader while building a reputation for bringing joy to audiences. When the orchestra performs, listeners experience an all-night jazz celebration with extraordinary energy and fun rooted in New Orleans tradition. Performances occur at 7:30pm and 9:30pm with doors opening at 7:00pm and 9:00pm respectively. The restaurant operates from 5pm to 10pm, offering dinner before or after the concert. Without advance tickets, table service is first-come, first-served based on availability upon arrival.
