House of Blues New Orleans is a cashless venue accepting only credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment methods at all point-of-sale locations. The Box Office operates two hours before doors on show nights and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays for in-person ticket purchases. Doors open at 8:00 PM with the performance starting at 9:00 PM; patrons must be 18 years or older and present valid identification.
