The venue provides eighteen tables, eight bar stools, and eight church pew seating options for advance booking. Remaining pew seats are not pre-reserved and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis when doors open. Reservations at The Bluebird Cafe require payment of the cover charge plus applicable taxes and fees, along with meeting the $15 per seat food or beverage minimum. Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled performance are eligible for a full refund of ticket price and tax (excluding ticketing fees). Cancellations within forty-eight hours prior to showtime are non-refundable. To cancel, contact info@bluebirdcafe.com or call 615-383-1461. Phone lines operate Monday through Friday from noon until four in the afternoon. When making reservations, select your preferred table and then add the desired number of seats to your cart using the plus button. Choosing one seat does not reserve an entire table; all seats at each table are reserved individually. If you are a smaller group at a larger table, you will be seated with guests outside your party.
