Open Mic Performer Sign-Ups

This registration form is for Open Mic performers only. We have transitioned to online sign-ups for our Monday Open Mic session. To register and participate, please add a slot to your cart when they become available at 11 AM CST. There are currently 18 slots open. To ensure broad participation, we request that songwriters not book two consecutive Open Mic Night performances. Writers listed must be present at the venue and check in with the host by 5:15 PM on the Monday evening of their scheduled show to perform. We will honor any existing Play Next Time reservations but will not issue additional ones. Please remember these guidelines remain active: Each participating writer receives one or two original songs, performed solo or accompanied by no more than two others. Drums and backing tracks are prohibited. A house Taylor Grand Pacific guitar and a Kawai digital piano (88-weighted keys) are available for use. Each performer may bring one guest. Open Mic Nights are made possible by The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The RIAA acknowledges the Bluebird Cafe's role in providing opportunities not only to established writers and artists but also to those developing their talents and careers. More about RIAA here. Tickets for guests attending Open Mic Night are not reserved in advance. These seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis when doors open. Please note you may be seated with persons outside your immediate party.
