The venue offers eighteen dining tables, eight bar stools, and eight church pew seats for advance booking. Remaining pew seating is not reserved ahead of time; these spots are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis when doors open. Purchasing tickets at The Bluebird Cafe means agreeing to pay the cover charge plus any applicable taxes or fees, as well as meeting the $15 per seat minimum for food and/or beverages. Tickets may be canceled with a full refund of the ticket price and tax (excluding service fees) if cancellation occurs at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled performance time. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours prior to showtime are non-refundable. To cancel, contact info@bluebirdcafe.com or call 615-383-1461. The phone line operates Monday through Friday from noon until four in the afternoon. When making reservations, select your preferred table and then add the number of seats you need to your cart by using the plus button. Choosing one seat does not mean reserving an entire table; it means reserving a single seat at that table. All seats at each table are reserved. If you are a smaller group seated at a larger table, you will be joined by other guests outside your party.
