The Bluebird Cafe offers 18 tables for reservation along with eight bar stools and church pew seating options. Unreserved pew seats remain available on a first-come, first-served basis when doors open. Reservations require payment of the cover charge plus applicable taxes and fees, as well as meeting the $15 per seat food or beverage minimum. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the show receive a full refund for tickets and tax only (excluding ticketing fees). Requests to cancel within 48 hours are non-refundable. To modify or cancel, contact info@bluebirdcafe.com or call 615-383-1461 during business hours Monday through Friday from noon to four in the afternoon. When making a reservation, select your preferred table and then add the number of seats needed using the plus button. Choosing one seat does not reserve an entire table; all seats at each table are reserved. If you arrive with fewer guests than available seats at your chosen table, you will be seated alongside other guests outside your party.
