The Bluebird Cafe provides 18 tables, eight bar stools, and eight church pew seats for advance booking. The remaining pews are not pre-reserved; they become available on a first-come, first-served basis when doors open. Reserving a ticket at this venue means agreeing to pay the cover charge plus all applicable taxes and fees, as well as meeting the $15 minimum spend per person in food or beverages. Tickets can be canceled with a full refund of the ticket price and any tax (excluding booking fees) if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the show starts. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. To cancel, contact info@bluebirdcafe.com or call 615-383-1461. The phone line operates Monday through Friday from noon to four o'clock. When reserving, select your desired table and then add the number of seats you need by using the plus button. Choosing one seat does not mean you are reserving an entire table; all seats at each table are reserved. If your party is small relative to a larger table, you will be seated with other guests who are also outside your reservation.
