The Bluebird Cafe provides 18 tables, eight bar stools, and eight seats on church pews for advance booking. Any remaining pew seating is not pre-reserved; these spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis when doors open. Purchasing tickets at the venue confirms agreement to pay the cover charge and all applicable taxes or fees, as well as meeting the $15 minimum spend per seat in food and/or beverage. Ticket holders may cancel for a full refund of the ticket price and any tax (excluding ticketing fees) if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled performance time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the show are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact info@bluebirdcafe.com or call 615-383-1461. The phone line operates Monday through Friday from noon until four in the afternoon. When reserving, select your desired table and then add the number of seats you need to your cart by using the plus button. Choosing one seat does not reserve an entire table; it reserves only that single seat. All seating at each table is reserved. If your party size is smaller than the table capacity, you will be seated with other guests who are not part of your reservation.
