Celebrating the music of John Denver, Chris Collins and Boulder Canyon have toured the country delighting audiences with their talent, warmth, and humor for the past six years. Chris has performed with Steve Weisberg, (John Denvers lead guitarist), Bill Danoff (composer of Country Roads s touring partner from the early 70s), Jim Connor (composer of Grandmas Feather Bed s banjo player), and legendary Jim Horn (member of the Wrecking Crew s woodwind player). Collins and the artists of Boulder Canyon originally met in Aspen, Colorado at the largest annual celebration of John Denvers life and music. Since that first initial meeting, they have toured from coast to coast paying tribute to the music of John Denver. Chris has the same recognizable clarity, tone, and sensibility about Johns music that immediately transports the audience back in time to an old familiar place we all loved.
