The Saenger Theatre box office operates from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays. On performance days, it stays open until intermission. For weekend shows, opening begins three hours before curtain time. Please call at 251-208-5601 for additional details. Reserved seating is available; children aged two and under may sit in a parent's lap without needing their own ticket. Professional photography or video recording during performances is not permitted. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, though this venue operates cashless. The theatre enforces a clear bag policyonly one clear plastic bag measuring no larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 8 inches may be brought in. Diaper bags are allowed but will be subject to inspection. You may exit to store prohibited items in your vehicle and return to the venue.
