Each venue may independently establish health measures in line with current public health directives and legal requirements. Ticket holders will receive advance notifications of any changes via email or at hennepinarts.org/plan-your-visit/health-and-safety-guidelines. Performances are scheduled at maximum occupancy. Attendees assume full responsibility for any health risks, including contracting COVID-19 or other illnesses, and voluntarily waive all claims against Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Hennepin Arts, John Gore Theatrical Group, Inc., the venues, the presenter, and all event organizers. Attendance constitutes agreement to these terms.
