The theater may adjust health measures at any time in response to changing public health advice and legal requirements. Guests who do not follow these rules can be asked to leave the building without receiving a refund. You accept all risks, including contracting COVID-19 or any other illness, and give up the right to sue Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Hennepin Arts, John Gore Theatrical Group, Inc., the theater locations, the event organizer, or anyone involved in producing these events. Attending means you agree to these conditions.
