Ticket delivery is suspended until October 2025. The production maintains an eight-ticket cap across every performance. Venue or event organizers may enforce health protocols per updated public guidance and legal requirements, with notifications sent to ticket holders before each show at https://www.marcuscenter.org/mpac-guide-reopening. Non-compliant guests may be asked to depart without refund. All events operate at full capacity. Attendees accept all risks including contracting COVID-19 or any illness and voluntarily waive claims against Ticketmaster, Live Nation, The John Gore Organization, Inc., John Gore Theatrical Group, Inc. d/b/a Broadway Across America, the Venue, Presenter, Event Producers, their affiliates, and all related matters. Attending confirms agreement to these terms.
