The Mercury Ballroom is an open-air venue where everyone stands to enjoy the show; general admission tickets cover all guests unless noted otherwise. Entry begins one hour before the scheduled start time. Attendees of any age, including infants in strollers or on their parents' laps, must buy a ticket to enter. All dates, times, prices and performing artists may change without prior notice. Personal cameras are permitted at the artist's discretion. Professional cameras, flash photography, audio recording or video recording of any kind are not allowed. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
