This show is inspired by David Mancuso's legendary New York loft parties at 99 Prince Streeta psychedelic extension of the childhood celebrations the nuns once hosted in his orphanage. While President Ford urged New York to drop dead, Mancuso and his friends simply said let's dance. The DJ stood at the altar while salvation was found on the dance floor. Disco was born. This event is unlike any other show in the world. Once you pass Mother's velvet rope, guests will be among the characters who were there at disco's height. You can watch as a bystander or lose yourself in the music and perhaps even find yourself.
