Reserved seating is limited to balcony ledge locations on a first-come-first-served basis within each section. Stools equipped with backs are provided for all seated guests. Sections A and K sit adjacent to the ceiling-mounted PA system, resulting in a partially obstructed view. General admission ticket holders will stand directly behind these reserved seats with no physical barrier separating them. Reserved standing areas are situated on an elevated platform behind the seating rows; viewing obstruction may occur depending on individual height. Smoking of any type is prohibited inside the venue and will result in immediate removal without refund. A valid government-issued photo ID proving age is mandatory for entry, and tickets alone do not suffice. Counterfeit identification will be seized and the individual will be removed from the premises with no refunds issued. Persons under 18 must comply with local curfew regulations or be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age. Ear protection is recommended for all concertgoers. Weapons, backpacks, umbrellas, strollers, outside food, and beverages are not permitted. Crowd surfing is strictly forbidden. Re-entry without a new ticket purchase will not be allowed. All attendees must wear a wristband if required by security personnel. Fighting or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone unable to present valid identification, intoxicated, or appearing under the influence of substances. Patrons are expected to maintain respect for their environment and others at all times. ADA-accessible seating is available on the floor level up front and to the left of the stage; guests with disabilities may purchase a general admission ticket and request assistance from staff upon arrival. There is no minimum age requirement for shows open to all ages, but specific show details should be reviewed before attending to confirm accurate age restrictions. Parents are advised to consider each childs personality, tolerance for crowds, attention span, and ability to handle loud environments. The venue encourages the use of ear protection for all attendees, especially young children. Every attendee must have a ticket regardless of age.
