Reserved seating is limited to balcony ledge spots on a first-come-first-served basis within each section, using padded stools with backs. Sections A and K are adjacent to the ceiling sound system and have partially blocked views; general admission guests stand directly behind them without any divider between reserved and standing areas. Reserved standing occurs on an elevated platform behind the main seating, where view obstruction may occur based on individual height. Smoking in any form is prohibited inside the venue and will lead to immediate removal with no refunds. A valid federal or state identification document proving age is mandatory for entry; counterfeit IDs are seized and result in expulsion without refund. Minors under 18 must comply with local curfew regulations or be accompanied by an adult over 18. Ear protection is recommended for all concertgoers. Weapons, backpacks, umbrellas, strollers, outside food and beverages, crowd surfing, in-and-out re-entries, photography, video recording, hats worn sideways or backwards, excessively baggy clothing, fighting, aggressive behavior, intoxication, failure to show proper ID, or appearing under the influence will result in denied entry. ADA-accessible floor-level seating is available up front and to the left of the stage; guests with disabilities may purchase a general admission ticket and request escort to this area at the ticket booth upon arrival.
