All seats on the floor and mezzanine level provide general admission within each designated section area. The upper seating level is restricted to patrons aged 21 or older. Ticket prices cover all applicable fees and taxes, though inperson purchases at the venue receive reduced charges. Tickets are available for purchase at the FIVE box office during Friday business hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or at Tiger Records daily between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The FIVE box office is located at 1028 Park Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204; Tiger Records is at 875 Stockton Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Please note that FIVE operates as a cashless venue and accepts only debit or credit cards for transactions at bars, the box office, and guest services. A dedicated rideshare pickup and dropoff area is situated near the entrance to assist with transportation.
