Tickets are only available through the official website until two days before the performance, at which point they will be emailed to purchasers. Any attempt to buy tickets from unofficial sources or resell them is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of those tickets. All guests must purchase a minimum of two items in the showroom. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
