Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the performance date; no confirmation emails will be sent until that time passes. All tickets must be bought exclusively through the official website, and reselling is not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets obtained solely for resale may be revoked at our discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the ticket booth for all attendees. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium booths. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during shows. All sales are final. For group inquiries regarding menu selections and reserved seating, contact our Events Manager directly.
