Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two full days before the performance date. Email confirmations will not be sent until that hold is lifted. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website. Resale of tickets without authorization is prohibited and may result in cancellation at the discretion of the venue. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for groups and premium booth reservations. Cell phones are not permitted during performances, nor is photography or video recording allowed. All sales are final.
