About the Event
Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the performance date; no tickets will be sent until that time passes. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website, and reselling is not allowed under any circumstances. Tickets obtained for resale may be canceled at our discretion. The event requires a minimum purchase of two items in the gift shop for all attendees. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
