Tickets are not delivered until two days before the performance date. No emails will be sent to buyers prior to that time. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website. Reselling tickets is forbidden and any attempt to do so may result in cancellation of your purchase. The showroom requires a minimum order of two items for all attendees. Seating follows first-come, first-served rules unless you are part of an organized group or have purchased a premium booth. Mobile phones cannot be used during the show. Photography and video recording are not allowed on stage. All transactions are final with no refunds.
