Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold of two days before the performance date; tickets will not be sent via email until that time arrives. All ticket sales occur exclusively through Improv.com, and resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
